Company Mission
Every year millions
of tires are disposed in Puerto Rico, which in many cases become mosquito
breeding sites, are potential fire risks, and especially pollute our
environment.
As of today, the governments in power in Puerto Rico have not been
able to encourage and develop local recycling industry to handle these solid
wastes. Our company with a mission to protect and preserve our environment and
the lack of local recycling has taken up the task of collecting and exporting
these scrap tires to other countries where the recycling industry is better
developed.
CJR and TGN recovers
and exports 70% of discarded tires in Puerto Rico. These are exported to China,
Korea and Malaysia to be recycled into other products. This management not only
improves the environment also controls the breeding of pests, also develop an
industry generating jobs.
